Official Journal published new Regulation of Board of Directors of CNAS

Chisinau, Nov. 26 / MOLDPRES /- Amendments approved by the Government regarding the approval of the nominal composition of the Board of Directors of the National Social Insurance House (CNAS) were published in the Official Journal today.
According to the document, the activity of the Council will be carried out on the basis of a new Regulation, which establishes its mission, activity, rights, obligations and attributions.
The CNAS Council will supervise the activity of the National House, will examine the existing deficiencies in the work process and will propose, as the case may be, the initiation of some modifications of the normative framework related to the social insurance system. The Council will be convened if necessary, but not less than once a quarter, at the initiative of the President of the Council or the Director General of the National House, the decision reads.
The Board of Directors of CNAS consists of 12 people and includes representatives of the Government, Employers, Trade Unions and pensioners' organizations. The council head is appointed by government.
