Moldovan parliament speaker to pay working visit to Brussels

Chisinau, 27 November /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu will pay a working visit to Brussels on 28-29 November, the parliament’s communication and public relations general department has reported.
During the visit, Igor Grosu will have meetings with European Parliament President David Maria Sassoli and First Vice- President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola.
The speaker will also meet Vice-Chair of the European People's Party Group in the European Parliament, co-head of the European Union-Moldova parliamentary association committee, Siegfried Muresan.
The agenda also includes discussions with European MPs, President of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly Andrius Kubilius, Vice-Chair of the Renew Europe Group of the European Parliament, European Parliament’s rapporteur for Moldova Dragos Tudorache.
In the context of the visit, Igor Grosu will meet representatives of the Moldovan Diaspora in Belgium, at the headquarters of Moldova’s Embassy in Brussels.
This is the first visit Igor Grosu is paying to Brussels in his capacity of Moldova’s parliament speaker.
