Integration into EU Moldova's strategic priority, Moldovan foreign affairs minister says

Chisinau, 30 November /MOLDPRES/ - The integration into the European Union is Moldova’s strategic priority. Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu made statements to this effect at a news conference today.
According to the minister, in the last month, the leadership has managed to diversify the cooperation with EU and the consolidation of the dialogue with most Moldova’s partners. ‘’Big progress has been made in the dialogue with Romania, with which we have started quite ambitious projects. We have a positive and dynamic dialogue with Ukraine. We work to find solutions, including on the Dniester river. We have a calm, pragmatic dialogue with Russia and we want to develop through this light. Our relations are developed with other partners as well,’’ Popescu said.
He noted that the ministry’s decision-makers worked on more fields and support is provided also for the process of recognizing the COVID-19 certificates; they work also for the liberalization of the roaming services and projects meant to digitalize a string of consular services are implemented.
The Moldovan diplomacy head specified that he had scheduled a rich agenda for the next period, with more visits abroad planned.
