Moldova's State Fiscal Service collects 42 billion lei since early 2021

Chisinau, 1 December /MOLDPRES/ - The collections to the national public budget administered by the State Fiscal Service (SFS) amounted to 42 billion lei in the first 11 months of 2021. This means an increase of more than 6.1 billion lei or 17.3 per cent against the same period of the year before.
According to SFS, 17.7 billion lei was collected in the state budget in the first 11 months of this year, up by 2.7 billion lei against the same period of 2020, or increasing by 18.1 per cent.
„Collections worth 4.7 billion lei were recorded in the local budgets, which is by 963.9 million lei more against the same period of the previous year or up by 26 per cent,’’ the State Fiscal Service said.
Also, 14.7 billion lei was collected in the state social insurances budget on the aforementioned period, which is by 1.9 billion lei more against the same period of the last year or up by 14.7 per cent.
At the same time, 5 billion lei was accumulated in the mandatory health insurances accounts, which is by 639.6 million lei more against the same period of 2020 or increasing by 14.8 per cent, according to the quoted source.
