Chisinau, Dec. 2 / MOLDPRES /-Moldovan business environment will have a virtual platform - www.businesslink.md, which will sum up all centralized information about the active and qualified domestic companies to provide services and products, both on the internal and external market.
Vendor information will be structured in a public database with advanced search engine functionality, which provides direct contacts or the ability to place business partnership requests.
"It is a necessary platform because not all economic agents in the country know about the services that can be accessed even in the territory of Moldova. China and other countries excel in this regard, having platforms where companies and technologies can be easily identified. Now we will also have the opportunity to promote ourselves more intensely abroad, so that we can connect with other countries to develop a sustainable and more resilient network that the whole world is now going through, and we will integrate even better into the new realities of international trade to make us seen and heard ", Sergiu Gaibu, Minister of Economy said.
Ulrich Kinne, representative of the German Embassy in Chisinau said that BusinessLink will become an efficient and useful platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Moldova on the road to business internationalization.
"The German government supports the efforts of Moldovan SMEs in joining the national and international value chains. The new virtual platform will facilitate the establishment of new business partnerships, and this will generate positive effects in the economy, new jobs will be created and this will reduce the migration phenomenon, "said Ulrich Kinne.
The platform was developed by the Organization for the Development of the Small and Medium Enterprises Sector with the support of the Project Advising the Government of the Republic of Moldova on economic policies. It is implemented by the Agency for International Cooperation of Germany (GIZ) Moldova with the financial support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
