Painter from Chisinau exhibits works in Bucharest

Chisinau, 7 December /MOLDPRES/ - A personal pastel exhibition by fine artist Inga Edu was inaugurated at the Calderon Art Studio Gallery of the Mihai Eminescu UNESCO Cultural Centre from Bucharest on 6 December.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Inga Edu said the exhibition comprised 37 works made in the last ten years. ‘’The works exhibited present landscapes from medieval cities, such as Sighisoara and Venice, as well as landscapes from villages of Moldova and Romania,’’ the author noted.
The exhibition will be opened till 6 January 2022.
Inga Edu was born in Chisinau on 19 July 1978. In 1996, she finished the Igor Vieru Fine Arts Lyceum and in 2001 – the Fine Arts and Design Faculty of the Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University. In 2017, Edu ended her education for master’s degree at the same institution. Starting from 2004, she has been member of the Fine Artists’ Union of Romania, Ploiesti branch and as of 2013 – member of the Fine Artists Union from Moldova. Inga Edu has works in public and private collections from Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Austria, Italy, Canada, USA, Russia, Hungary, Norway, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Ireland and other countries.
