Chisinau, 8 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Shor Party has been deprived from financial assistance on behalf of the state.
The central electoral authority, at a today’s meeting, ruled to deprive this political formation from financial allocations on behalf of the state for a one-year period. The deprivation from allocations comes as a result of the earlier imposed sanctions in form of warning by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC).
The CEC deputy head, Pavel Postica, said that the sanction was reasoned including by the fact that this political formation had not declared the sources from which it paid the singers who sang on a stage in Balti at a recently organized concert. ‘’It is about a sum of 21,665 lei, which is not present in the financial reports presented by this political formation,’’ the official noted.
At the same time, Postica specified that independent candidate Nicolae Grigorisin on 4 December had submitted a notification, thereby claiming that Marina Tauber carried out electoral agitation one day before the day of elections. The Balti Police Inspectorate was notified by the central electoral authority to investigate the case and undertake the actions needed.
