Moldovan parliament to hold plenary meeting on 9 December

Chisinau, 8 December /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament will hold a plenary meeting on 9 December. The legislative body’s standing bureau approved the meeting’s agenda today.
Thus, on 9 December, the MPs will consider, in the second reading: the draft law on the investigation of incidents and accidents in transports; two drafts on the ratification of agreements on loan between the Moldovan government and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD); a draft on amendment of the code of sea commercial navigation.
In the first reading, the lawmakers will discuss the drafts on the amendment of the Education Code and other legislative acts, including the law on the road traffic safety and the Contravention Code.
The parliament will also consider, in the first reading, the draft law on amnesty, in connection with the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of Moldova’s Independence.
