Moldovan Court of Accounts to make audit of enterprises in natural gas sector

Chisinau, 9 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Court of Accounts (CCRM) will carry out an external public audit in the natural gas sector. The parliament adopted a draft law to this effect in the first reading today.
The audit will be made with derogation from the provisions of the law on the organization and work of CCRM and the law on the stock companies and will have the goal to assess the activity of the entities in the natural gas sector as regards the conformity of the expenses and investments made.
The audit report in the natural gas field is to be presented by the Court of Accounts till 31 October 2022.
