Moldovan head of state returns law on budgetary, fiscal legislation to parliament

Chisinau, 10 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu today returned to parliament the Law No 204 from 6 December 2021 on the amendment of normative acts concerning the 2022 budgetary and fiscal legislation.
According to presidential press service, the head of state took this decision, for reasons that the law includes an amendment on the payment of salaries to the Constitutional Court’s employees, for which there is no positive notification of the government.
