Chisinau city hall earned over 250 million lei by selling some land

Chisinau, Dec. 23 / MOLDPRES /- Chisinau city hall has won, following the sale by auction of 13 urban lands in the capital, the amount of 252 million 800 thousand lei.
The 13 plots of land sold have areas from 0.01 ha to 0.81 ha. The initial price of the awarded lands varied between 500 thousand lei and 35 million lei.
The most expensive lot was sold for 120 million lei. It is a plot of land with an area of 0.75 ha, located on the boulevard of the National Renaissance.
The first land auction with a shout out in 2021 took place in February, when 11 plots of land were awarded, with a total value of 34.5 million lei.
