16 special vehicles intervene on streets of Chisinau to prevent ice

Chisinau, Dec. 24 / MOLDPRES /- On the roads in Chisinau there are trucks spreading anti-skid material.

The mayor's office announced that crews of ME Regia EXDRUPO are present in the territory, to ensure the practicability of roads in the city. Last night, the company intervened with 14 trucks to prevent the formation of icing on municipal roads, using over 53 tons of salt and 27 tons of sand mixture.

The number of trucks has been supplemented, so today, 16 trucks intervene on the streets of Chisinau and spread anti-skid material.

According to the representatives of ME Regia EXDRUPO, measures are being taken to prevent the formation of ice, as well as to remove the consequences of precipitation.

The municipality urged motorists to drive carefully and avoid parking on roadsides, so as not to affect the intervention of trucks.
