120 special vehicles worked on snow removal of roads last night

Chisinau, Dec. 29 / MOLDPRES /- A number of 119 special vehicles and 192 workers worked last night to clear the snow. Currently, all roads in the country are in winter conditions.

According to the State Road Administration, during the night of December 29, the maintenance works of the national roads continued in the North, Center and South areas.

119 special machines and 192 workers were involved in the technological process, which spread 952 tons of anti-skid material.

At present, the accessibility of the road infrastructure is ensured in winter conditions on the entire national road network.

In this context, the State Road Administration warns drivers to comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation on equipping vehicles with appropriate tires and adapting the speed regime to winter traffic conditions. In case of traffic difficulties, in order to request the intervention of the road users, the traffic participants can call the numbers: 22-55-30; 74-89-61; 060 477 117.
