Former Moldovan president Igor Dodon heard at prosecutor's office

Chisinau, 29 December /MOLDPRES/ - The former Moldovan president, Igor Dodon, today came to the Prosecutor’s Office, to be heard in the file of Energocom.

„This is a file opened for a situation from 2008-2009. I discussed with the case prosecutor; he presented me some of the causes of this file. The ordinance was signed; I took the details; I submitted application to take all documents from the file. The only thing which I remember is that, in April 2008, the Energy Ministry was liquidated and the powers were transmitted to the Economics Ministry,’’ Dodon said following the discussions at the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Igor Dodon today was heard within a criminal file of the Energocom stock company concerning the purchasing of electric energy on the period 2008-2009, when he was holding the position of economics minister.
