Parliament standing bureau met in 21 sittings last year

Chisinau, January 4 / MOLDPRES /- Parliament standing bureau has met in 21 sittings since the beginning of the 11th parliamentary term.

Since its establishment on July 29, 2021, it has adopted 31 decisions. These included decisions concerning the establishment of Parliament's standing committees and their numerical composition; the nominal composition of the delegations of the Legislature of the Republic of Moldova to international parliamentary organizations and bilateral parliamentary organizations; the budget of the Legislature for 2022; approval of the Nomenclature of files of the Parliament of Moldova; closing of the autumn session of the Legislature.

Also, the standing bureau has the task of proposing the date of convening the plenary sessions, of preparing and ensuring the conduct of the work of the Parliament, of coordinating the activity of the standing committees, drafting the agenda of the plenary sittings.

The standing bureau of the 11th Legislature includes Speaker Igor Grosu, Mihail Popșoi and Vlad Batrîncea,deputy speakers, as well as the representatives of the Parliamentary Faction Action and Solidarity Party Olesea Stamate, Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, Doina Gherman, Veronica Roșca, Vladimir Bolea, Dan Perciun; the representatives of the Parliamentary Faction of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists Vasile Bolea, Corneliu Furculiță, Constantin Starîș; the representative of the Shor Party Faction Denis Ulanov.
