Moldovan capital under red code of COVID-19 as of 17 January

Chisinau, 17 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city and the central Ialoveni district are under the red code of COVID-19 starting from today. The National Public Health Agency (ANSP) updated the list of settlements, depending on the incidence of the new-type coronavirus.
According to a decision by the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP), more restrictions will be imposed in the settlements where the red code of COVID-19 is established, among which the compulsoriness to present the COVID-19 certificate in pubs, fitness clubs, concert halls and theatres. The festive events will be banned.
To prevent the agglomeration, in the situation of the red code threshold, only passengers will be allowed access to the Chisinau International Airport.
