Winter conditions on roads in Moldova

Chisinau, January 19 / MOLDPRES /- The accessibility of the road infrastructure is currently ensured in winter conditions on the entire national road network.

According to the State Road Administration, during the night of January 19, road maintenance works took place in several districts. In the North, Center and South areas, patrol and anti-skid works were carried out.

129 special machines were involved in the technological process, 264 workers who spread over 1,982 tons of anti-skid material.

In this context, the State Road Administration warns drivers to comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations and to equip their vehicles with appropriate tires. In case of traffic difficulties, to request the intervention of road users, drivers can call the numbers: 22-55-30; 74-89-61; 060 477 117.
