Fiscal infringements worth up to 5,000 lei committed by entrepreneurs not to be sanctioned in Moldova

Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/ - The entrepreneurs who committed fiscal infringements worth up to 5,000 lei and the citizens whose infringements do not exceed 500 lei will not be sanctioned, but only warned. The parliament approved a draft law to this end in the first reading today.

Under the document, decision-makers will regard the fiscal infringement insignificant, if the sum is worth up to 5,000 lei, in the case of non-observance of the way of declaring or in case of diminution of taxes by legal entities and private people who practice certain activities.

Presently, this sum is up to 1,000 lei. For private people, the same infringements will be regarded as insignificant, if the concerned threshold is up to 500 lei and not up to 100 lei, as it is at present.
