Moldovan speaker congratulates new PACE head

Chisinau, Feb. 4 / MOLDPRES /- Speaker Igor Grosu congratulated Tiny Kox on his election as President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

Grosu said that the Moldovan parliament highly appreciates the key role of the PACE as an open and constructive platform for dialogue on strategic issues in the international arena.

"I strongly believe that with the support of the Council of Europe and its valuable contribution, we will move forward in modernizing the Republic of Moldova to achieve the European aspirations of our country," he said.

Igor Grosu wished Tiny Kox success and creative force in the important and responsible activity and good health.
