Over 8,400 vacant jobs registered in Moldova

Chisinau, 9 February /MOLDPRES/ - There are over 8,400 vacant jobs in Moldova, most ones in Chisinau.

According to the National Employment Agency (ANOFM), on 8 February, 8,433 vacant jobs were recorded in the Agency’s database. Most ones are in Chisinau – 3,822, the fewest ones – in Dubasari – 13.

As many as 1,210 vacant jobs are available for people with higher and secondary education; 7,223 vacant jobs are registered for people with vocational education and unqualified workers, which accounts for 86 per cent of all vacant jobs.

As for people with higher education, 104 jobs are vacant in the financial, economic or commercial sectors, 253 jobs – in the health field, 69 in the education sector; in the justice sector, there are four vacant jobs of clerk, three ones of customs affiant and two jobs of evidence adviser.
