New local elections to be held in ten localities on 15 May

Chisinau, 15 Feb. / MOLDPRES /- In today's meeting, the Central Electoral Commission established the organization on 15 May 2022 of new local elections for the position of mayor in Hagimus village, Causeni district.

The early termination of his term as mayor came in connection with his death.

Previously, the central electoral authority established the conduct, also on May 15, of the new local elections for nine other localities in the country: Ghetlova commune, Orhei district; Horodiște commune, Rezina district; Zastânca village, Soroca district; Moara de Piatră village, Drochia district; Tătărești village, Straseni district; Glinjeni village, Falesti district; Păulești village, Călărași district; Alexăndrești commune and Zăicani village, Râșcani district.

At the same time, on May 15, 2022, the new composition of the Lozova Communal Council, Straseni district, will be elected.
