Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 20-21 May

Chisinau, 19 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic will present two concerts at the Organ Hall and respectively, at the Palace of the Republic, on 20 and 21 May.

Thus, according to the organizers, on 20 May at 18:00, spectators are expected at the Organ Hall at a concert to commemorate the 95th birthday anniversary of an important personality of Moldova’s national musical culture, Veronica Garstea, regarded as national legend of the national choral art of conducting. The organizers will honour her memory with the work, Requiem, by W.A. Mozart.

On 21 May at 18:00, People’s Artist Iurie Mahovici invites all admirers and quality music lovers to his anniversary concert, occasioned by his 60th birthday anniversary, due at the Palace of the Republic.
