Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ - The restrictions as to the banning of the movement of transport on internal navigable ways might be abrogated. The members of the parliament’s commission for national security, defence and public order approved a co-report for a draft law providing for this fact.
The draft was elaborated following more requests received on behalf of business environment’s representatives as to the removing of the administrative obstacles from the normative framework on the transport of goods and passengers through temporary wharfs, placed outside the Giurgiulesti port complex.
Also, according to an informative note of the draft, the legislative amendments are necessary also for the reason that, because of the war in Ukraine, goods can no longer carried through the ports of Ukraine.
Also, the cleaning of the navigable sailing line and the arranging of temporary wharfs will be allowed, without the assessment of the impact on the environment or the state ecological expertise.
