Moldovan government to hold meeting in Balti this week

Chisinau, 5 July /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet meeting will be held in the Balti city on 6 July. The meeting’s agenda includes more important decisions, including for the residents from Moldova’s northern region.
Potrivit According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the cabinet members are to approve the government’s opinion on the draft law on the status of the Balti municipality, which will have a direct impact on the development of the region, on the whole, as well as a decision on giving the status of cultural and natural heritage to the Barza Albă enterprise. Also, the cabinet members will decide on the transmission of a string of buildings from the Balti city to the management of the public authorities, so that they are included in the local economic circulation.
The cabinet of ministers will also consider more draft laws and decisions dealing with the development of the capital market, increase in the free of charge food norm of pupils from the secondary vocational education system, specialties in the vocational education institutions for the 2022-2023 academic year, as well as the reorganization of some public authorities.
Following the government meeting, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita will go to the Balti hospital, where a new perinatology section will be opened. Subsequently, the PM will visit the CRAT Resource Centre for Teenagers and Youth.
