Chisinau, August 12 /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the Law for the amendment of some normative acts were published today in the Official Journal.

According to the new legislative provisions, the legal conditions for the operation of the economic activities of manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution of veterinary medicines, as well as the obligations and powers of ANSA in the field will be clearer.

Among the provisions of the law is the prohibition of electronic trade of veterinary medicines for which a veterinary prescription is required. Additionally, the law establishes the substitution of the Certificate of Registration of the Pharmaceutical Product for Veterinary Use with the Certificate of Registration of the Veterinary Medicine and the establishment of an unlimited term of its validity.

The document entered into force on the date of publication in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.
