Moldovan president discussed with maestro Eugen Doga

Chisinau, August 15 /MOLDPRES/- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu discussed today with maestro Eugen Doga about the problems in culture and future plans, the presidential press service has reported.
"I had a warm meeting today with maestro Eugen Doga. We talked about the condition of the artist, the problems of culture and how the state can help creative people to realize their potential. On this occasion, I welcomed the idea of Mr. Eugen Doga to establish a creative center that would bear his name and that would contribute to the growth and affirmation of young artists," said the president.
The head of state said she was impressed by the presence of mind of the composer. "I was surprised, time and time again, by his young spirit, by the sincerity with which he tells things by name and by the energy to be so actively involved in the affairs of the country," said Maia Sandu. And because master Eugen Doga came with his wife, Natalia, with whom he has been for 60 years, the head of state wished them many years of health, peace and creative inspiration.
