Two medical institutions to be equipped with high-performance equipment with Japan's support

Chisinau, August 19 /MOLDPRES/- Two medical institutions will be equipped with high-performance equipment thanks to the support of the Government of Japan, through the Grants Program for Human Security Kusanone.

According to the Ministry of Health, the grant contracts were signed today at the headquarters of the Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Moldova.

Thus, the Republican Children's Rehabilitation Center will be equipped with ultrasound equipment, which will be used both for diagnosis and for ultrasound-guided antispastic treatment, a method used for the first time in our country. In the same way, the "Isaac Gurfinkel" Comrat District Hospital will be equipped with the necessary instruments for the destruction of medical waste.

The total value of the projects is 142,892 dollars.
