Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 28-29 September

Chisinau, 27 September /MOLDPRES/ - A play titled, Let’s Call Things by Their Names, staged by Luminita Tacu, according to texts by Ukrainian playwrights Lyudmila Timoshenko, Natalia Blok, Oksana Savchenko, Irina Garets, Tetiana Kitsenko and Andriy Bondarenko, will be presented at the Alexei Mateevici Theatre on 29 September at 18:00.
According to Luminita Tacu, this play is an act of solidarity with the Ukrainian people and artists from Ukraine. ‘’This play is our firm word against the war; it is the voice through which we convey the thoughts and grief with which we empathize and which we share. This solidarity act is part of the campaign, Romanian Artists for Ukrainian Artists, initiated by the Theatre Union of Romania,’’ Tacu noted.
On the same day at 18:00, the play, The Trap, according to The Flight, by Mikhail Bulgakov, stage management of Petru Hadarca, will be staged at the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre.
The Geneza Art Theatre invites the audience to the play, Moonlight Sonata, inspired from the movie, Dinner with Upstairs Neighbours, and adapted by stage manager Daniela Burlaca, on 29 September at 19:00.
A creation party by composer Vlad Burlea, at his 65th birthday anniversary, will take place at the Organ Hall on 28 September at 18:00. The entrance is free.
