Telita school, kindergarten thermally rehabilitated

Chisinau, Oct. 21 /MOLDPRES/- The gymnasium and kindergarten in Telita village, Anenii Noi district, were thermally rehabilitated with the support of the Agency for Energy Efficiency (AEE).

According to the institution, following the completion of this project, more than 150 children will benefit from better study conditions in a favorable educational environment.

"The project was supported within the Call for proposals for pilot projects and has a value of over 3.4 million lei (170 thousand euros). During the project, the following energy efficiency measures were implemented: replacement of external windows and doors ; the thermal insulation of the external walls; the thermal insulation of the roof; the construction of the natural gas thermal power plant and the efficiency of the heating system", AEE said.

At the same time, during the implementation period, the beneficiary was provided with technical assistance that included the energy audit report, the elaboration of the expenditure estimate, the expertise of the documentation, the technical one of the building and technical supervision services.
