Petrol, diesel prices dropped

Chisinau, Nov. 29 /MOLDPRES/- The National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) announced for Wednesday, November 30, the following maximum retail prices of the main standard oil products: 24.86 lei/liter - for COR 95 petrol (- 0.24 lei); 24.92 lei/liter - for standard diesel (- 0.27 lei).

The Agency continues to record a decrease in Platts quotations for both petrol and diesel, which is also reflected in fuel prices displayed at gas stations.

"At the same time, during the last month, Platts quotations dropped significantly, reaching below the level of $900/ton for diesel and below $830/ton for petrol, which allowed the price at the pump to be reduced for both types of fuel below the level 25 lei/liter", ANRE said.
