Moldova to receive additional 100 million euro- loan from EBRD

Chisinau, Dec. 8 /MOLDPRES/- Our country will receive an additional loan of 100 million euros from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). MPs ratified today the Amendment No3 to the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the EBRD on construction works and road rehabilitation.

Under the document, the money will be invested in the construction and rehabilitation of roads in the Republic of Moldova.

Thus, the following road sections are to be repaired: road R14, R6 – Codrul Nou – Soroca – Unguri – border with Ukraine, on the Soroca Arionești sector; road R8.1, R8 – Arionești – R14, sector Arionești – Otaci; the M3 road Chisinau – Comrat – Giurgiulești – the border with Romania, bypassing the city of Vulcănești; road R33 Hâncești – Lăpușna – M1.
