Moldovan president visits Corruption and War exhibition

Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu has come up with a message for the citizens, after she visited an exhibition titled, Corruption and War, organized by the Ziarul de Gardă (Guard Newspaper) publication, the presidential press service has reported.

„The corruption and war hit us everybody. Both of them destroy countries and endanger people’s lives,’’ the head of state after visiting the Corruption and War exhibition. The event is organized by the aforementioned publication for the second year in a row. President Maia Sandu said that she had seen more than 100 exhibits there – titles of materials published in 2022 by the national and international media, photos, documents speaking about the relations between the corruption and war.

At the same time, the head of state urged citizens to visit this exhibition, opened at the National History Museum of Moldova till 29 December.

„The war cannot be justified and corruption cannot be tolerated. We are obliged to do our utmost for them to no longer exist,’’ Maia Sandu added.
