Moldovan wines won several medals at contest in Israel

Chisinau, Dec. 19 /MOLDPRES/- Moldova won 15 gold and silver medals at the international wine competition in Israel - TerraVino, held on December 12-15.

"Our country participated with over 30 wines and won several gold and silver medals, which are an honor, but also a great responsibility. Both Israel and the Republic of Moldova are wine producers, our wine industries complement each other, there are wines that are already found on the Israeli market and we want to increase this number", according to Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Israel Alex Roitman.

Moldovan wines' participation in the competition was possible thanks to the support of the National Office of Vine and Wine.
