Chisinau, 20 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu, along with the colleagues from the presidential administration and their children, on 19 December evening turned on the lights on the Christmas Tree at the Presidency, thus starting the winter holidays.
According to the presidential press service, along with her team, the head of state received carol singers from the Chisinau-based Lucian Blaga lyceum, who wished those present a rich year. „The winter holidays remind us that, no matter how serious the difficulties we go through are, we can overcome them together, with warmth and care for one another,’’ President Maia Sandu said.
