New stage of pensions' reexamination to start in Moldova on 1 January 2023

Chisinau, 26 December /MOLDPRES/ - A new stage of pensions’ reexamination will start on 1 January 2023.  

According to the National Social Insurances House (CNAS), the people who have a length of service of two years after the pension’s establishment, whose old age pension was set till 1 January 2019, get the right of the old age pension’s reexamination. The stipulation regards people who did not benefit from the old age pension’s reconsideration in the earlier phases.    

Also, the disability pensions established starting from 1 January 1999 will be reexamined for the people with a length of service of at least seven years following the pension’s establishment.    

The applications on the pension’s reexamination can be submitted beginning with 1 January 2023. People can submit applications online through the official webpage of CNAS (www.cnas.gov.md) and the governmental portal of public services (www.servicii.gov.md).
