Regulation on VAT reimbursement in agriculture presented for public consultations

Chisinau, 3 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- State Tax Service (SFS) announced today the drafting of the Regulation on VAT refund for agricultural producers and its publication for public consultation, in accordance with the Law on the VAT refund Program for agricultural producers. All interested parties are invited to submit proposals and suggestions to the electronic address before 7 January.

The regulation on the VAT refund for agricultural producers will apply for the VAT refund, for the fiscal periods starting from April 2022 and up to June 2023 inclusively. "We urge economic agents to draw attention to the eligibility criteria for participation in the Program. Applications can be submitted after the entry into force of this Regulation", indicates SFS.
