Moldovan president makes changes to her office

Chisinau, 10 January /MOLDPRES/ - Head of state Maia Sandu today signed a decree, under which the adviser in the economic sector, Veaceslav Negruta was appointed as Secretary General of the Moldovan President’s Apparatus starting from 11 January 2023.

According to the presidential press service, Cristina Gherasimov, who has held this position so far, will continue working as adviser in the field of foreign policy and European integration.

Also, starting from today, Stella Jantuan will exercise the office of presidential adviser on political issues, relations with public authorities and civil society.

At the same time, the head of state accepted the resignation of the adviser for public communication, spokeswoman for the Moldovan president, Sorina Stefirta.
