About 30 districts to participate until 2024 in completing national cadastral register

Chisinau, 11 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Public Services Agency (ASP) together with the Public Property Agency will continue until 2024, thanks to the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project to complete the National Cadastral Register of public and private lands at preferential prices. The cadastral works are carried out at the expense of the project, and citizens or local public authorities do not bear any costs.
During the period of the project, 2019-2024, it is estimated that more than 300 thousand private lands will be registered, which means free property titles for the owners of these lands and the delimitation of about 100 thousand public lands.
"The works are taking place in the Ocnița, Edineț, Briceni, Soroca, Florești, Dondușeni, Drochia, Fălești, Sângerei, Strășeni, Glodeni, Călărași, Râșcani, Cimișlia, Basarabeasca, Orhei, Ialoveni, Causeni, Hâncești, Soldănești, Ștefan Vodă, Gagauzia, Rezina, Nisporeni, Telenesti, Ungheni, Cahul, Leova, Cantemir, the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti. Citizens from the targeted districts are encouraged to actively participate in the process of public consultations on the cadastral documentation created in the project. Consultations are organized at the local town hall and their status - active or completed can be consulted on the website of the Public Services Agency, under the PIEF project", indicates ASP.
The land registration and evaluation project is carried out under the financing agreement between Moldova and the International Development Association, and implemented by the Public Services Agency in partnership with the Public Property Agency and the Land and Cadastre Relations Agency in 2019-2024.
