Moldovan government's National Development Plan for 2023-2025, action programme for this year to be proposed for public consultations

Chisinau, 13 January /MOLDPRES/ - The State Chancellery on 16-24 January will carry out public consultations on projects of the National Development Plan for 2023-2025 and the government’s action plan for this year, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
During public consultation events, the participation of representatives of the civil society, business environment, academic one, of the consultancy centres active in the sector and the development partners will be ensured. Also, representatives of ministries and subordinated institutions, autonomous administrative authorities non-subordinated to the government, according to the competence sectors, will get involved in the consultative process.
The National Development Plan for 2023-2025 is a document which plans the government’s medium-term work and was elaborated in order to operationalize the provisions of the European Moldova 2030 national development strategy, the Good Times Moldova action programme of the cabinet and the international commitments, including the Moldova – European Union Association Agreement, the Moldova-AU Association Agenda 2021-2027, the commitments coming from the status of country candidate for accession to EU and the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
The government’s action plan (PAG) represents the cabinet’s agenda of activity for the 2023 year. The PAG draft was worked out based on the actions from the 2023-2025 national development plan, the Good Times Moldova action programme of the government, commitments of EU’s legislation transposition, taken by Moldova within the Moldova-EU Association Agreement.
