Chisinau, 14 January /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita today condemned the new attack with missiles against Ukraine and the overflight of Moldova’s air space.
The official expressed support for the Ukrainian people and for the victims of Russia’s attacks.
„There is no political, historical and so much the more moral justification for the killing of civilians and attacking the infrastructure which ensures the residents’ survival. I express deep indignation about the new massive attack against Ukraine. I express indignation about the lack of respect for Moldova’s sovereignty, as its air space today was again overflown by remains of a missile which fell nearby the settlement Larga of the Briceni district,’’ the PM wrote on a social network.
A Border Police patrol today discovered remains of a missile coming from Russia’s air attacks against Ukraine in the zone of the border segment Larga (Briceni district). This is the third case when remains coming from bombardments against Ukraine fall on the territory of Moldova.
