CSP appointed two deputies to General Prosecutor's Office

Chisinau, 16 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Acting head of the General Prosecutor's Office Ion Munteanu has two new deputies as of today. Aliona Nestirov will deal with the judicial field and Igor Demciucin will be in charge of the criminal investigation sector. Their candidacies were approved by the Superior Council of the Prosecutor's Office /CSP/.
The CSP decision is to be sent to the interim head of the General Prosecutor's Office for examination and approval.
Aliona Nesterov has held the position of deputy of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office since September 2022. She started her career in 2011.
Igor Demciucin has previously served as interim deputy chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases.
Also today, the CSP is going to appoint new heads of district prosecutor's offices.
