Moldovan speaker pays official visit to Turkey

Chisinau, 25 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu pays an official visit to Turkey on 25-27 January following an invitation of his Turkish counterpart, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
In Ankara, Grosu will have meetings with Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Şentop and a Turkish parliamentary delegation. The visit's agenda includes meetings with Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muș, President of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) Serkan Kayalar and President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Rifat Hisarciklioğlu. The officials will approach the priorities of the parliamentary agenda, the intensification of trade and Turkish investments in the economy of Moldova.
Grosu has also planned a discussion with representatives of the Moldovan community in Ankara.
The official will be accompanied by a delegation of MPs, members of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Turkey and the Economy, Budget and Finance Commission: Fiodor Gagauz, Radu Marian, Sergiu Lazarencu and Larisa Novac.
