ASP launches online cadastral services on new platform

Chisinau, Jan 30. /MOLDPRES/- From 1 February 2023, the Public Services Agency (ASP) is launching in pilot mode the online cadastral services on a new platform - the electronic services development platform, which will allow obtaining the requested documents in electronic format.

During the pilot period, both private people and legal entities will be able to request online and obtain in electronic format 11 documents from the cadastral field: extracts from the Real Estate Register, information on the value of real estate and cadastral plans only for real estate in Chisinau.

Upon request, the copy of the electronic document will be issued on paper. The beneficiary will be able to pick it up at the headquarters of the requested multifunctional center or receive it directly at the indicated address, using the government delivery service MDelivery.

Those services will be paid through MPay, the government electronic payment service, using any payment instrument of your choice, such as: bank card, internet banking, payment terminals, e-banking systems and cash payments.

The online order of the documents is carried out based on the applicant's electronic request.
