Over 30 million lei planned by CNAM to modernize medical institutions

Chisinau, 31 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- This year, 30 million lei (about 1.4 million euros) were planned for the projects financed from the development and modernization fund of the public medical service providers of the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM).
According to CNAM, the CNAM coordinating council set the funding priorities for 2023.
They focus on strengthening hospital medical care through capital repairs of pediatric wards in hospital medical institutions; repairs of imaging departments in hospital medical institutions, designated as centers for providing medical assistance to patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents.
Among the funding priorities are also the strengthening of specialized outpatient medical assistance through the repair of advisory sections in public medical and sanitary institutions, the energy efficiency through thermal insulation of the buildings of public medical service providers, etc.
In this context, CNAM urges public medical service providers to start the process of developing investment projects.
