47 projects of country's reintegration activities program implemented last year

Chisinau, Feb. 6 /MOLDPRES/- In 2022, 48 projects were included in the program of activities for the country's reintegration, and 19.598 million lei (almost 1 million euros) were allocated for their implementation. The Reintegration Policy Office presented the information today.

18.639 million lei of the total money allocated for the financing of the 48 projects were used. Thus, a project remained unused and the unused amount of 958.8 thousand lei was transferred to the state budget account.

The Reintegration Policy Office noted that in 2022, priority attention was given to projects aimed at support measures to protect health and combat the pandemic crisis, supply residents with quality and efficient public services, promote human rights, support educational institutions and other strategic territorial subdivisions in the Security Zone, initiatives to restore and develop the cultural-historical heritage, supporting other primary actions that contribute to promoting the country's reintegration.

In total, 524 projects aimed at contributing to the country's reintegration were financed in 2011-2022. Their value exceeds 160 million lei.
