Twenty emergency medical assistance points of Moldova to receive new ambulances

Chisinau, 13 February /MOLDPRES/ - Twenty new ambulances, purchased by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), with the financial support of the United States’ government, have been donated to emergency medical assistance teams of Moldova.
According to the Health Ministry, 19 ambulances are meant for the emergency medical assistance points from Olanesti, Volintiri, Copanca, Tocuz, Valea Perjei, Tvardita, Copceac, Cismichioi, Cotiujenii Mari, Calaraseuca, Sudarca, Vadul lui Voda, Molovata, Pripiceni-Razesi, Varancau, Calinesti, Costesti, Larga, Slobozia Mare. Also, the emergency medical assistance sub-station from Dubasari will receive one ambulance.
The overall value of the ambulances, provided in the context of the crisis of refuges from Ukraine, is 900,000 dollars.
