Book about well-known Moldovan actress, stage manager published in Chisinau

Chisinau, 13 February /MOLDPRES/ - A book titled, ”Rebeliunea. Nelly Cozaru” (The Rebellion. Nelly Cozaru), about the homonymous professor at the Music, Theatre and Fine Arts Academy, Master in Art, has appeared at a publishing house from Chisinau.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, Nelly Cozaru said the volume had 256 pages and had appeared with the financial contribution of the Culture Ministry.

Nelly Cozaru was born in the Stefanesti village, Stefan Voda district, in 1962. She graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute within the E.B. Vakhtangov Theatre from Moscow (1980-1985). After graduating the faculty, Cozaru worked at the Luceafarul republican theatre for children and youth (1985-1990; 1990-1991). She played more parts in theatre plays and movies. In 2004, Cozaru was awarded the honorific title of Master in Art. The actress was awarded numerous prizes.
