Chisinau, February 20 /MOLDPRES/- Residents of the center of the Republic of Moldova will have better living conditions with the support of the partners from Slovakia. At a bilateral meeting held last week in Ialoveni, at the headquarters of the Center Regional Development Agency (ADR), the Slovak side assured it will continue projects in this area this year as well.
The meeting focused on joint plans of the Development and Mobility Agency from Slovakia and ADR Centru. The sides finalized potential partners and common project ideas, through the activity sectors. The representatives of the Slovak Agency, Adriana Weissová, manager, and Eva Balažovičová, coordinator, assured the ADR Centru team of "developing future joint partnerships and initiating the identification of project ideas that will generate better living conditions for the inhabitants of the region".
ADR Centru has a vast experience of collaboration with partners from Slovakia. Thus, with the financial support of SlovakAid, since 2014, four regional development projects were implemented, and the fifth one is underway. All have contributed to improving the access of the inhabitants of the region to water supply and sewage services.
