Eleventh meeting of Moldovan-Romanian joint commission for European integration to be held in Chisinau

Chisinau, 23 February /MOLDPRES/ - The 11th meeting of the joint commission for European integration between the parliaments of Moldova and Romania (CCIE) will take place in Chisinau on 27-28 March.
According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the meeting’s agenda was discussed at a meeting, in which the CCIE co-heads Petru Frunze and Andrei Daniel Gheorghe, as well as the Commission members on behalf of Moldova’s parliament participated.
Thus, the agenda will include also discussions with representatives of the government and central public authorities. Also, the CCIE members will go to the territory to visit projects implemented with the support of Romanian partners.
The last meeting of the joint commission for European integration between the parliaments of Moldova and Romania was held in Bucharest in April 2022. At that time, the participants adopted a resolution on political support for Moldova’s accession to the European Union.
