The CSP representatives, Constantin Susu, Inga Furtuna and Andrei Rosca, set forth their visions on the draft law and agreed with the experts that all aspects considered would be put down in a written document, which will be submitted to the Venice Commission.
The experts put questions and asked for commentaries on sensitive aspects from the content of this draft law and in the references formulated, representatives of the Prosecution system cleared up more elements from the institutional position. They noted that, on principle, the corps of prosecutors did not oppose this exercise of evaluation. Yet, the prosecutors said it was necessary a clear, accurate and conforming regulation of the constitutional principles and specialty European standards as regards the competences of the evaluation bodies, as well as the ones concerning the guarantees of the evaluation subjects.
